本系與印尼Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) 蘇北大學Faculty of Agriculture農學院院長所率領的教授參訪團隊,進行跨國際的師生學術交流,促進本系與世界各大學在科學理論研究與技術領域上的學術提升與合作關係。
The department and a team of visiting professors led by the dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), Indonesia, conduct cross-international academic exchanges between teachers and students. We aim to promote academic cooperation in the technical field and share scientific research between the department and universities worldwide.

Prof. Dr. Ir. Tavi Supriana, M.S., dean of the Faculty of Agriculture at Universitas Sumatera Utara in Indonesia, and several professors visited the Department of Biomechatronics Engineering on November 15, 2023. There are three laboratories in the department:
蔡循恆教授的Biomechatronics and Measurement Laboratory,由大學生洪振哲英語介紹實驗室的研發成果。苗志銘教授的Smart Computational Aided Technology Laboratory,由研究生李泓漳英語介紹實驗室的研發成果。以及李文宗教授的Automated Optical Inspection Laboratory,由研究生余啟康英語介紹實驗室的研發成果。
Professor Hsun Heng Tsai and undergraduate student Hong Zhenzhe presented the research and development results of his Biomechatronics and Measurement Laboratory in English. Professor Jr Ming Miao introduced the research and results of his Smart Computational Aided Technology Laboratory, with the assistance of graduate student Li Hongzhang, in English. Finally, Prof. Wen Tzong Lee and graduate student Yu Qikang introduced the research and development results of Prof. Lee’s Automated Optical Inspection Laboratory in English.
期盼本系未來在生物產業領域中與Faculty of Agriculture合作,以光機電技術整合的自動檢測、光纖感測、生物資源循環和病原體偵測等應用上,能促成與發展更緊密之夥伴關係。
The department will cooperate with the Faculty of Agriculture at Universitas Sumatera Utara in the field of bio-industry in the future. The goal is to promote and develop closer partnerships in the application of automatic detection, optical fiber sensing, biological resource circulation and pathogen detection with the integration of opto-mechatronic technology.
